How do I pay my rent?
We offer 2 options for making rent payments, paying online via direct deposit or credit card through Buildium or paying in cash through PayNearMe. Use the buttons below to get started:

If you have any issues with your apartment please file a maintenance request immediately. Please note we consider the following cases emergencies:
- Fire
- Leak of any kind
- Electrical fault

Can anyone rent an apartment from you?
Anyone can apply for any of the apartments that we manage. We do however have certain criteria that every successful applicant must meet. Additionally, every tenant over the age of 18 will have to pass a credit and background check. This criteria includes:
- All tenants over the age of 18 must fill out a rental application
- Applicant income must be equal or greater than 3x the monthly rent
- Credit rating equal or greater than 600
- No evictions on record
- No criminal history

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, not pets of any kind are allowed on any of our properties with the exception of certified Service Animals.
Can I smoke in my apartment? Can my guests?
No smoking of any kind is permitted in any of our properties. If you smoke in the apartment you are renting you will be subject to both a fine AND cleaning fees. Furthermore tenants are fully responsible for the behavior of any guests they allow on the premises. If your guest smokes in your apartment, you will be subject to the above mentioned fine and cleaning fees.
